Justin Bieber Names his New Album “Believe”?
Justin tweeted that he has been working on a new album that is slated for a November release. However, the big deal was not the fact that he thinks it will be his best work to date-but the hash tag that he tweeted (see above).

This started a frenzy that his new album (we’re not sure) will be called BELIEVE, which Justin did not deny nor confirm.
